4. Intellectual Property

  • All custom work products become the property of the client upon full payment
  • Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners

  • Client data and confidential information remains the property of the client

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and data. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Limitation of Liability

Eletria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
